Onsites in London
The College of Law offers students the opportunity to undertake any or all of the Practical Legal Training onsites in London, subject to minimum numbers.
The onsite training is generally based on the NSW curriculum however, students can also usually receive credit towards the required components of the Queensland and Victorian streams*. To undertake your onsites in London, you must have completed all your online coursework or be up to date and have completed all your coursework to at least week seven for a full time course or to week 14 for a part time course.
After completion of the onsites and all other program components, you will still need to attend your admission ceremony in person at the relevant Supreme Court in Australia. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the criteria of the relevant admitting authority.
If you intend to be based in London and to rely on work experience with an English or Welsh law practice to meet the program requirements then you must be familiar with and ensure you satisfy any Work Experience rules for the jurisdiction of your intended admission.
When completing your Application form, list the Course Code for the Course in which you wish to enrol and tick the box ‘I wish to undertake my onsites in London’. To receive your course materials on time, we recommend you enrol at least four weeks prior to the course.
