* Please note that international students are not eligible for FEE-HELP Loans. Only Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents with a humanitarian visa are eligible for FEE-HELP Loans.

# FEE-HELP is not available for this module. Although not eligible for Fee-HELP, the CEM has been fully approved for the purposes of admission as an Australian lawyer.

Additional charges are payable for attendance at the onsites in London and at centres other than our main offices.

Fees include tuition costs, all resource materials and a hard copy set of the Practice Papers. The College does not charge any student amenities fee. The full program fee is payable upon application to enrol in the Coursework Component if you are not utilising a FEE-HELP loan.

2012 fees apply to programs with start dates from 1 November 2011 up to and including programs commencing in October 2012.

2013 fees apply to programs with start dates from 1 November 2012 up to and including programs commencing in October 2013.

Census Date - Withdrawals and Refunds

Notice of withdrawal in writing must be received by the College on or prior to the Census Date. Refunds will not be made after the Census Date, other than in exceptional circumstances and at the College’s discretion. If you have applied for FEE-HELP assistance, you may withdraw from the Program on or prior to the Census Date without incurring a Commonwealth debt. After the Census Date, you become liable to repay the tuition via the tax system. Please note that FEE-HELP Loans are only available to pay tuition fees and may not be applied to any incidental fees.

These fees are in accordance with the rules and policies as outlined in the Program Manual.

PLT Program Single Subject Fees

Single subjects are available in advertised online programs only. Census dates for bridging programs are the same as for the corresponding program with the same start and finish dates. For eligible students progressing toward the full award, discrete subjects taken as bridging studies within the PLT Program may be undertaken via FEE-HELP Loans at the following proportional rates:
